JUNE, 2009: Houston, TX NEW!

Providence Energy Group recently completed a high-resolution aero-magnetic study over it's concession blocks in Belize. Initial interpretations are positive and confirm presence of multiple "Magnetic Bright Spots" (TM) and indicates the potential for substantial amounts of petroleum reserves within PEG's concession acreage.

Providence Energy Group is moving forward with plans for a strategic partner/investor relationship with a major oil company. Initial presentations and negotiations are scheduled to begin in August.
