Concessions
On August 31, 2007, Providence Energy Belize Ltd. (a fully owned subsidiary of Providence Energy Group, Inc.) was formally approved by the Ministry of Petroleum in Belize for approximately 531 square miles of petroleum concessions located on, near and offshore Belize, where large quantities of commercial grade oil were recently discovered. PEG will leverage its experience and access to these petroleum concessions in order to seize a vast array of opportunities in Belize.

Knowledge
In preparation for the acquisition of petroleum concessions, Providence Energy Group assembled an extensive data room on petroleum in Belize. This proprietary data - reprocessed well logs, seismic studies, and over 200 feasibility studies and technical maps - along with its petroleum concessions will give the Company a sustained competitive advantage in Belize.

Technology
Providence Energy Group has developed a multidimensional approach to effectively locate hydrocarbons. The Company will leverage newly developed and proven methods to increase the likelihood of discovering new reserves including: seismic 2-D & 3-D interpretation and analysis, aero magnetic and gravity surveys, oil seep delineation, and proven risk analysis methodologies (e.g., Peter R. Rose). PEG will also leverage proprietary methodologies, practices & technologies such as: in-house remote sensing, in-house geo-chemical, seismic attribute analysis, investment model [Proprietary Prospect Analysis Methodology, (PPAM)], and geological modeling.
